## Preparation and serving notes

One 2.4 g stick thickens 7–8 fl oz to Slightly Thick (Level 1), 5–6 fl oz to Mildly Thick (Level 2), 3–4 fl oz to Moderately Thick (Level 3), or 2 fl oz to Extremely Thick (Level 4). Works in hot and cold liquids and can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead. Verify each batch with the syringe test.


Made of tapioca maltodextrin, tara gum, and calcium carbonate. Free of corn, gluten, soy, and dairy, useful for allergy-sensitive users.
