## Preparation and serving notes

Each 1.4 g stick pack equals one scoop of ThickenUp Clear; empty stick(s) into the cup per the IDDSI level dosing chart, add liquid and stir briskly 20–30 seconds; ready within about 5 minutes. Verify with the syringe test.


Portable single-serve format of the same xanthan formula. Useful for restaurants and travel.
