## Preparation and serving notes

Multi-serve 96 g bulk gel packet dosed per the manufacturer's Beverage Consistency Table to reach IDDSI Levels 1–4 (e.g., 6 g per 4 oz = Level 2, 12 g per 4 oz = Level 3); stir or shake thoroughly, ready immediately. Verify each batch with the syringe test.
