## Preparation and serving notes

Single-serve 4 g gel packet: tear open, squeeze the gel into the beverage and shake or stir thoroughly until blended; ready immediately with no wait, and the xanthan gel does not continue to thicken over time.


Gel (not powder) thickener; manufacturer states thickened beverages should be discarded after 48–72 hours. Also thickens carbonated beverages.
