## Preparation and serving notes

Each full pump stroke dispenses 6 g of gel. Manufacturer chart: Level 1 = 1 stroke per 6 oz; Level 2 = 1 stroke per 4 oz; Level 3 = 2 strokes per 4 oz; Level 4 = 4 strokes per 4 oz. Shake or stir thoroughly; ready immediately. Verify each batch with the syringe test.


Best-value format for regular home use; amylase-stable, and prepared beverages should be discarded after 48–72 hours.
