## Preparation and serving notes

Starch-based powder; add the included measuring scoop to hot or cold foods and beverages and stir until smooth. Canisters are labeled by IDDSI range (IDDSI 1/2 Nectar, IDDSI 2/3, IDDSI 3/4 Honey) with mixing charts. Verify each batch with the syringe test.
