Concentrated modified-cornstarch powder that dissolves instantly in hot or cold foods and beverages; less powder needed per serving than Thick-It Original to reach the same consistency. Verify each batch with the syringe test.


Adds fewer calories and carbohydrates per serving than Original, useful for diabetes or weight management; 2.5-year shelf life.
