## Preparation and serving notes

Cornstarch-based instant powder; slowly stir level-measured amounts into hot or cold liquid, let water and juices stand 1 minute (milk and supplements 5–10 minutes) before serving, then verify with the syringe test. Manufacturer advises consuming within 30 minutes of mixing.


Mixes to multiple consistencies; pre-portioned packets are labeled Mildly Thick/Nectar and Moderately Thick/Honey. Starch-based, so it is not amylase-resistant and continues to thicken. Re-test before serving.
