## Preparation and serving notes

Modified-cornstarch instant powder for hot or cold foods and beverages; vary the amount to reach IDDSI Levels 2–4 per the IDDSI testing methods, and verify each batch with the syringe test. Use the canister within 1 month of opening per the manufacturer.


Starch-based, so it is not the amylase-resistant option. Nestlé positions xanthan-based ThickenUp Clear for amylase stability. UPC shown is the manufacturer GTIN-14.
