1. What this service is

Follow Your Swallow (“the Service”) provides educational content and practice tools for life on a texture-modified diet: IDDSI level education, guided IDDSI test tools, a database of store-bought products with verification notes, medication crushability summaries from published references, and recipes. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Your responsibilities

• Use the Service only within the diet level prescribed by a qualified clinician.
• Verify food and drink textures with the IDDSI tests before serving — batch variation is real.
• Confirm any medication handling change with a pharmacist before making it.
• Call emergency services in any emergency; never rely on the Service.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep verifications sourced, dated, and reviewed, but we cannot guarantee that any product, batch, or preparation matches its listed texture. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Browsing requires no account. If paid subscriptions are offered, billing terms are shown at checkout, and safety-critical content (emergency guidance, IDDSI test methods, the most-needed medication answers) remains free.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
