Baked Cod with Sweet Potato

- Baked cod
- Sweet potato wedges

The Level 6 version
- 150 g cod fillet
- 160 g mashed sweet potato
- 80 g peeled zucchini, cooked very soft
- 2 tbsp thick lemon butter sauce
Convert it
- Bake the cod gently under a cover so it stays moist and flakes with a fork.
- Check carefully for bones, then divide the fish into pieces no larger than 1.5 cm.
- Mash the sweet potato until moist and cook peeled zucchini until it squashes easily; cut zucchini to 1.5 cm.
- Moisten fish and vegetables with thick lemon butter sauce, with no thin liquid pooling.
- Fork-pressure test cod and zucchini separately before serving.
