The Level 5 version
- 140 g finely ground beef, cooked tender
- 100 g smooth refried beans
- 80 g mashed ripe avocado
- 120 ml thick smooth tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Convert it
- Cook the beef gently with mild taco seasoning, breaking it down until tender with no browned hard bits.
- Process or mince the beef to 4 mm or smaller, then bind it with the thick tomato sauce.
- Warm the refried beans and thin only enough to remain soft, cohesive, and free of skins or lumps.
- Mash avocado smooth and plate it with the beef and beans; keep sour cream thick with no thin liquid separation.
- Skip rice, corn, lettuce, raw onion, chips, and chunky salsa. Fork-pressure and spoon-tilt test the finished bowl.
