The family’s version
- Cream of rice cereal
- Peach slices
- Granola
- Cinnamon
The Level 4 version
- 45 g instant cream of rice
- 260 ml whole milk
- 100 g canned peaches, drained
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
Convert it
- Cook the cream of rice in milk until very soft and smooth.
- Blend the cereal briefly to remove any graininess; sieve if needed.
- Blend and sieve the drained peaches separately, then thicken if juice separates.
- Swirl the two smooth components together and run the fork-drip and spoon-tilt tests at eating temperature.
- Serve without granola, fruit pieces, skins, or a thin syrup drizzle.
