The family’s version
- Cottage cheese
- Peach slices

The Level 6 version
- 150 g small-curd cottage cheese
- 120 g canned peaches, well drained
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Thick smooth yogurt as needed
Convert it
- Choose small-curd cottage cheese and drain off any thin whey; stir in thick yogurt if needed to keep it cohesive.
- Drain the peaches thoroughly and remove any peel or firm edge.
- Cut peach pieces to no larger than 1.5 cm and check that each piece squashes flat under a fork.
- Fold peaches gently into the cottage cheese without creating a pool of juice.
- Serve without granola, nuts, or a thin honey drizzle.
EquipmentFork for measuring and testing
SLP tipCanned peaches are more predictable than fresh, but every piece still needs a fork-pressure check.
Before serving: run the fork pressure test on the finished plate. Recipes guide you to a texture. Only the test confirms it.
