The Level 6 version
- 150 g moist turkey meatloaf, crust removed
- 120 g mashed potatoes
- 90 g carrots, braised very soft
- 140 ml thick smooth gravy
Convert it
- Make the meatloaf with enough moisture to stay tender and reserve the soft center rather than the browned crust.
- Cut meatloaf and carrots to pieces no larger than 1.5 cm.
- Press the thickest meatloaf piece with a fork; it should squash completely and not spring back.
- Cover the cut pieces with thick gravy and keep the mashed potato soft and moist.
- Leave crisp roasted edges and any fried onion topping on the family platter.
