The Level 7 version
- 600 g boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 500 g peeled potatoes
- 300 g carrots, peeled
- 400 ml smooth gravy
Convert it
- Slow-cook the chicken and carrots until tender throughout, then remove every piece of fat, gristle, and dry edge.
- Mash the potatoes until moist and smooth, and coat the chicken and carrots in gravy with no thin liquid separation.
- Use the side of a fork to cut the chicken and carrots. They should break apart easily without a knife.
- Fork-pressure test the actual serving and confirm it squashes and does not regain its shape.
