- 500 ml thick smooth gravy
Convert it

- Cook peeled potatoes and carrots until they are soft throughout, with no firm centers or skins.
- Keep every component moist with cohesive gravy and remove any thin liquid that separates.
- Cut and pressure-test several pieces from the serving. Nothing should need a knife or spring back after pressing.
